Reservation Details: Advance reservations required. Please call 207-244-5388.  A two night deposit is required to confirm and guarantee reservation for stays of six nights or more.  A one night deposit is required for shorter visits.  Deposits are taken with a credit card.  Receipt of your deposit serves as acceptance of our policies.  Balance is due upon arrival with registration.  All rates are confirmed at time of reservation and do not include 7% lodging tax.

Method of Payment: We accept traveler's checks, cash, Visa, & MasterCard.

Minimum Stays: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for the King Studio and Queen Studio cottages.  A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for the King Suite cottages.  However, we will accept reservations for shorter periods if we have rooms available.
 
Confirmation Details: Email or written confirmation and directions will be sent after deposit is received. 

Arrival and Departure Details: Cottages are available on the day of arrival between 2:00-6:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 6 pm, please be sure to make arrangements with us ahead of time. Cottage must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
 
Cancellation Details: We will be pleased to refund your deposit provided notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more before contracted arrival date. Within the 30 days, deposit is refunded if the entire contracted reservation period can be re-booked. Early departures and any changes in dates are considered a cancellation and will be handled in the same manner. In all cases, a $35 fee will be charged for cancellations or changes.
 
Occupancy: All cottages can accommodate up to 2 adults.  The king suites can accommodate families of four – 2 adults & 2 children.   The base rate for each cabin is applicable for up to 2 guests.  An additional charge of $10 per night will be charged for additional guests. 

Pets: For the comfort of our guests with allergies or a fear of animals, we do not permit pets.
 
Smoking: For the health and comfort of all guests, we do not allow smoking within any building on the property or by the pool.  Smoking is permitted outside the cottages, but please do not litter grounds with cigarette butts.  This also helps to avoid fires, especially during dry spells.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am to allow everyone to enjoy the tranquility of the property. Please be respectful of other guests by keeping the noise to a minimum during this time.

Bicycles: We are both avid cyclists and appreciate a good ride.  However, we ask that you do not store bicycles inside the cottages.  You can secure your bikes on cottage deck or on your car.  Alternately, you are welcome to use our storage cabin that provides a convenient, dry and secure place to store bikes.  Bikes can be rented at several locations if you would rather not bring your own.  Southwest Cycle is the most convenient (2 blocks) and has a consistently good reputation for bike rentals.

Management reserves the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or to the comfort of other guests.
